The obscure story of the Shunammite woman in the Elisha story cycle of 2 Kings 1-13 holds interesting foreshadows of the Christmas story. In this second episode we reflect on the kindness and power of God reflected in His miracle of granting the Shunammite woman and her husband an unasked for son. Our reflection culminates in seeing the kindness and power of God meeting in the crucifixion of Christ.
